It will be a T20 tournament based on League cum Knock-Out format.
It will be a day event wherein white ball and black sight screen will be used.
Participants will witness International Cricketing Standards wherein
professional umpires, scorers and match referee will be called in and
tournament will proceed following the technical aspects of the sport.
BCCI rules will be followed during the entire tournament.
All teams will follow rules and regulations provided by the organising
committee at all times during the tournament.
Ten teams will be auctioned to the highest bidder called a team owner.
Team names will be fixed by the organisers and will be the only entity sold
for a certain time period.
A Team will comprise of a squad of 20 players, out of which 15 players will
be in a match and out of these 15, playing 11 will be selected.
